By visiting this site or making a purchase, you’re agreeing to the terms below — nothing scary, just the essentials to keep things fair and clear.

When you place an order through this site, you agree that:

• The details you provide (name, address, etc.) are accurate and complete.
   
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
   
• Payments are processed securely, I don’t store your full card details.
   

I take care to pack and send your art safely.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal services, but I’ll keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.
You’re responsible for any customs fees or import taxes if ordering from outside Australia.

I want you to love your art!
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with the print, please contact me within [7–14 days] of receiving it.
Depending on the situation, I’ll offer a replacement, refund, please document any damage and I’ll always try to find a fair solution.
Change-of-mind returns/refunds aren't possible, especially because my work is made-to-order or one of a kind. 

I do my best to make sure the colours you see online match the final print, but small variations can happen due to screen settings and paper texture.
Each piece is printed with care and checked for quality.

All images, text, and designs on this site belong to Ben Major / 86Bmc.
You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute my artwork without written permission.
If you’d like to use an image for media or promotional purposes, please contact me — I’m happy to discuss licensing.

You agree not to misuse this website or interfere with its security or functionality.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if there’s suspicious activity, pricing errors, or other legitimate reasons.
